Delivery & Returns

At Comfy House all of our small appliances and vacuum cleaners are delivered free of charge within 48 hours by Royal Mail Nation wide.  All other items are delivered by our own delivery teams next day free of charge to all areas in Staffordshire and Cheshire.  We can even deliver within 15 miles of our store the same day if you complete your purchase before 3pm. Items which we do not have in stock we will order from the Euronics warehouse which will take longer to deliver; typically 3-5 working days depending on the particular product. In the event this happens we will call you within 24 hours of your order to notify you. 

Returns/unwanted goods

  1. Do not install or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. If you are not ordering a replacement, a charge of £49.99 will be incurred to collect the item from you.
  3. You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days, starting the day after delivery.
  4. You have the choice of returning the goods via your own means (to Comfy House Ltd, 9 The Avenue, Kidsgrove, ST7 1AA), or requesting that we collect them.
  5. You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred during this period.
Re-Handling Charges

  • We reserve the right to apply re-handling charges for returned items under some circumstances:
  • The goods received back are 'as new' but incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories.
  • The returned products are missing their original packaging.
  • The cancellation was requested after the 7 day notification period.
  • We do not accept returns and will not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
  • The goods you wish to return are in any condition other than 'as new'.
  • The goods have been installed and/or used.
  • Cables have been cut or terminated.
Refunds will be reimbursed within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods.

Delivery and Returns

Comfy House deliver to selected UK locations within Staffordshire and Cheshire. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01782 775858 or pedleyderek@gmail.com to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.

Delivery Timescales

Comfy House will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 2 days. Comfy House will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
